Hamid Wali is a Lawyer at Fomcenco Law.

Hamid earned his LL.B from Swansea University in the United Kingdom. During law school, Hamid served as the President of the Canadian Law Society. His commitment extended to the local pro bono clinic, where he contributed by conducting legal research and advising clients on various legal matters.

Before law school, Hamid earned his Bachelor’s in Political Science from York University, where his contributions to the student body were awarded by the Department of Political Science.
Driven by a keen interest in the intersection of artificial intelligence and law, Hamid completed Osgoode Hall's Cybersecurity and Privacy Law program.
Hamid has mentored new Afghan Canadian youth, providing guidance on civic engagement, and offering support on education and career aspirations. Hamid's legal journey spans Calgary and Toronto, where he adeptly managed diverse caseloads showcasing his proficiency in areas such as real estate, wills & estates, family, and civil matters.

Hamid is a dual-licensed lawyer in both Alberta and Ontario.
