Giuseppe is a Legal Content Writer at Fomcenco Law.

Giuseppe is a law student at the University of Edinburgh graduating in May 2024. With an additional Honours B.A. in History and Philosophy from the University of Toronto (UofT), Giuseppe developed his research and analytical skills, particularly with the completion of his senior thesis at UofT where he translated over 25 newspaper articles in an analysis of the Italian 8th Army’s role on the Eastern Front during World War II.  He simultaneously gained practical work experience in the real estate, finance and not-for-profit sectors. Giuseppe’s research at law school primarily revolves around contract law and international law. He has composed essays that address difficult legal questions such as the law of error in contracts as well as the law of diplomatic protection. Giuseppe is currently a finalist in the prestigious University of Edinburgh Mooting competition which will be held in the Court of Session (Supreme Court of Scotland) and presided over by one of the Lord Justices. 

 

In his spare time, Giuseppe is part of a band as a rhythm guitarist, he enjoys playing football with the school team, as well as researching the novel digital currency sector.
