Alex Fomcenco established Fomcenco Law following many years of legal studies and work experience in the legal field across the continents of Europe and North America. Dr. Alex Fomcenco is a licensed Lawyer with the Law Society of Ontario. He is also a Notary Public and a Commissioner of Oaths. His international legal career spans over many years being an in-house Legal Counsel, working in Academia, and now practicing law full-time in Ontario, Canada.

 

Alex Fomcenco holds a Ph.D. from Aalborg University, Denmark, an LL.M. in Canadian Common Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, as well as an LL.M. and an LL.B. from University of Copenhagen, Denmark.

 

He practiced as an in-house Legal Counsel for a few years while still working on his first LL.M. He then joined Academia in 2012 and researched, taught, and published internationally on matters of general Corporate Law, European Union Law, Contract Law, North American Business and Corporate Law, and Transnational Mergers and Acquisitions for almost 8 years.

 

Today, Alex focuses on Business & Corporate Law and Immigration law.
